The II International Art Festival for People with Limited Health Abilities is held in June, 25-27th 2010 under the motto: “Life of Unlimited Possibilities”.

The Moscow State Social Humanitarian Institute is the unique higher educational institution in Russia. The Institute stands for inclusive education, establishing favourable conditions for barrier-free environment for people with motor function disorder.

The main objective of the Festival is to ex experience practices on the development of a higher level of social protection and adaptation of disabled people, to reveal the talents of physically challenged people, to develop their creative abilities, to speed up the activity of the public authorities and social organizations, supporting people with limited health abilities.

The Moscow State Socially-Humanitarian Institute (MSSHI) was created by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the USSR October, 11th, 1990 № 1011.

Today MSSHI is the only Higher Educational Institute in Russia for young people with motor function disorder. Training on the budgetary financing basis is focused on these students and pursues the aims of social and psychological adaptation. Students are provided with room and board and free medical care in the rehabilitation department at the Institute. Also training on an off-budget basis is carried out.
